What's your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Some items have no minimum, and others start at 12, 24 or more pieces. Every product card shows its minimum, and we're happy to suggest low-minimum options.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after artwork approval, and many items are faster. Each product shows its production time. Rush service is available on many items; just ask in your quote.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files work too. If your logo needs cleanup, our artwork services start at $45.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. Every order includes a free art proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available for many items and are a smart idea for larger orders. Mention it in your quote and we'll let you know the options.
Do you ship outside of Florida?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental US, and we can coordinate international shipping for larger orders.
